The shower head was in dire need of cleaning or replacement!!! A small microwave in the room would significantly improve convenience!!! More seating would enhance comfort in the spacious rooms!!!

Perfect Base in the Heart of Puerto Vallarta

We enjoyed our stay in a lovely, updated room with great natural light. The rooftop jacuzzi provided relaxation after a day of exploring. Don't miss the breakfast. the made-to-order eggs were a highlight! Tip, consider requesting a room with a view.

The amazing breakfast with fresh fruit and delicious pancakes was a real highlight, and the rooftop view of the cathedral made mornings even better. I also loved the comfortable, well-appointed room with a small balcony that had a lovely view. Overall, it felt homely and inviting, making me want to return soon!

The location was outstanding, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Staff members were friendly, with helpful tips and arranging taxis effortlessly. However, the elevator was quite scary, and the beds felt too soft, which affected comfort. Maintenance appears lacking, as some fixtures were coming loose in the bathroom.

Location next to the Malecon is perfect for exploring. The noise from nearby streets made it hard to sleep at times. Breakfast included, with eggs made to order, excellent way to start the day.

Recommend it for budget travelers

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful every morning we had it the staff really went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy. The room was clean and comfortable with a mini-fridge which came in handy for our late night snacks.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but it was acceptable for what we got.

The king room was spacious with air conditioning, a fridge, and a private bathroom. They offered free toiletries and fresh towels daily. The fitness center was pretty handy too. Breakfast was cooked to order each morning. Super close to the beach and the nightlife, which was awesome.

This place has such a great location, just steps from downtown and the beach. Loved the rooftop vibe!

It was just a good match for a short stay in Puerto Vallarta with great value for money. Breakfast was really good if you got there early, especially the fresh fruits and bacon. Arrive before 9:30 am for the best experience.

porto allegro has the best location! just a short walk to the malacon, restaurants, and shops. the staff was super friendly and helpful, especially with laundry services. i loved that breakfast options included made-to-order items! it really made me feel at home, just as other guests noted.
